SkillScoop retains user chat history to support key functions such as job tracking, moderation, dispute resolution, and support. This data may be accessed by our team if reasonably necessary to:

Respond to a dispute or claim under the Hassle-Free Payment process.
Ensure platform safety or compliance with our Terms of Use.
Fulfil legal or regulatory obligations.
Where practical, SkillScoop will provide notice to the user before accessing private communications, unless immediate access is required for legal, safety, or support reasons. Chat data is never used for marketing or unrelated purposes without your explicit consent.
