Service is a software package developed by the Comp any as part of research activities after receiving the status of a participant in the Skolkovo project and located on the Internet information and telecommunications network, as well as its mobile version. By accepting the Terms, you agree not to publish on the Service images, comments, reviews that contain or promote profanity, offensive, obscene materials, promoting violence, extremist views, discrimination, inciting religious, racial, political or ethnic hatred, violating the rights of authors or copyright holders containing personal data of other user(s) without their consent, as well as other user content that is prohibited by law or violates the rights and interests of third parties.
The Company has the right, without giving reasons, to refuse publication or to delete images, comments, reviews, as well as other user content that you previously posted on the Service.
In order for you to use the service, an account is created where contact information and order information are stored.When registering, you leave personal information: name, phone number, email address (if any) and address where the service will be provided.By accepting the Terms, you freely, of your own free will, acting in your own interest, give your consent to the Company to process the data you provide.You can delete your account at any time.
Security of your dataWe strongly recommend that you do not share your account password with strangers and do not use it on other sites. You undertake to promptly notify the company in cases where:
— someone gained access to your account;
— actions are performed in your account, for example, orders are created or correspondence is conducted, about which you know nothing.
The company can show specialists data about clients: your rating, reviews of working with you, the number of reviews you left, the date of account creation, photos, the fact of the presence of social networks (without a link to the account). The Company will be able to view chats with specialists, as well as recordings of your calls when they are made through the technical solutions provided by the Company.
The Company has the right at any time and without giving reasons to deny access to the Service or delete your account in case of violation of the Terms, Privacy Policy, other rules of the Service, current legislation of the Russian Federation, including for technical reasons.
