How to verify your account

Verifying your account helps build trust and unlocks access to key features — like the ability to quote on Hassle-Free Jobs.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Head to the Verification Section

Head to My Account > My Services. At the top, you’ll see an option to verify your account.

Step 2: Submit Your Details via Stripe

You’ll be guided through a secure process with our trusted payment partner, Stripe. You may be asked to provide:

  • A valid ID
    Proof of address
  • Verified payment account details

Stripe keeps your information safe while helping ensure SkillScoop remains secure for everyone.

Note: Verification can take a couple of days. It’s best to complete it early so you’re ready to access all features — including Hassle-Free Jobs — as soon as possible. You’ll be notified once your account is verified.
