Editing & cancelling a job

Editing Your Job

You can edit your job at any time before receiving the first quote. This includes updating the job title, description, location, timeline, budget, and more.

Once the first quote is received, editing becomes limited. From that point on, you’ll only be able to update the payment method — switching between Hassle-free and Direct payment.

To edit a job:

  • Go to “My Jobs”
  • Click on the job you’d like to update
  • Select “Edit Job” (before first quote) or “Edit Payment” (after first quote)
Cancelling Your Job

You can cancel a job anytime before choosing a specialist. After you’ve chosen someone, the job will need to be marked as completed or not completed.

To cancel a job:

  • Go to “My Jobs”
  • Click on the job you’d like to cancel
  • Select “Cancel Job” and confirm your choice

Cancelled jobs will be removed from the “Find a Job” page, and specialists will no longer be able to quote on them.
